Sport Specific Training
The demands of a sport can be gruelling and extremely demanding which can take a tremendous toll on the body. Sport-specific training programmes aim at reducing the risk of injury, building strength and power to help you transcend. We work with existing skill coaches and use a scientific and evidence based approach to manage work loads, thus ensuring the athletes optimum performance. These special programmes combine various aspects of training, performance, mental conditioning, nutrition and supplementation to ensure you get a holistic experience preseason, in-season and off season.
Prehab and rehab programmes are designed with regard to player injury history and musculoskeletal dysfunction patterns which are deduced through intensive screening. Advanced joint mobilization and taping techniques can be implemented to ensure the shortest recovery timelines. Structured Rehabilitation and timelines are built to ensure a quick and safe return to on-ground activities.
Our physical therapy services help bridge traditional methods with performance training to best enable pain-free movement and return to activity. The holistic approach with a complete evaluation of the injury and surrounding areas looking for weaknesses and deficiencies that would contribute to the occurrence of the injury. The physical therapist would work with the athletic trainer, physicians and coaches to best provide an effective plan.
We employ a number of tools to help with pain, physical fatigue, mental fatigue and stress. In order to manipulate body composition and athletic performance, special attention is given to the scheduling of macro and micronutrient fueling. We also use advanced technology and wearables like Continuous Glucose Monitors, to track fuel metabolism & utilisation and to prevent hypoglycemic episodes. We also provide you with personalised supplement stacks to ensure optimum performance.

The ability to manage and control the state of mind will be the key to optimizing skill at crucial times. Conditioning the mind helps facilitate mind-body performances and a self resilient attitude during stressful, emotional and critical situations.
